About us

Gryphon Psychology is an Australian owned, national provider of psychological services to business and community. Initially established in 2003 to support the Bowen Basin, Gryphon’s quality of service provision has seen it grow to now support large companies with a significant presence across Australia. Gryphon’s clients are typically in the resource, construction and heavy industry sectors, whilst our community presence also sees us supporting many local governments and SME’s. Some of our existing clients include BMA, John Holland and Thiess Australian Mining.

 

Richard is one of the founding directors of Gryphon Psychology. He has over 30 years experience in both public and private sectors where he has held a number of senior positions. He has considerable experience in clinical practice and organisational consulting.

 

Naomi has worked in mining and resources for over 10 years in both a psychological and human resources capacity. She specializes in fitness for work and return to work case management in addition to organisational development and training.

 

Peter is one of the founding directors of Gryphon Psychology. He has over 27 years experience as a psychologist in both the public and private sectors where he has held a number of senior management positions. He has considerable experience and expertise across the full range of fitness for work services and extensive consulting experience within both public and private sector organisations over the last 15 years. Peter is also a founding director of BSS Corporate Psychology Services in Western Australia.

 

Isobel has over 25 years experience as a psychologist in both the public and private sectors. She has held a number of senior management positions. She is one of the founding directors of Gryphon Psychology. Isobel is an accredited provider of coaching services within the WA Public Sector providing management coaching for senior executives within the WA Public Service. Isobel has considerable experience in assisting organisations in a variety of ways, with fitness for work consulting a specialty. Isobel is also a founding director of BSS Corporate Psychology Services in Western Australia.
